Having made an appointment I will visit your property to take both interior and exterior photographs as appropriate, and to discuss your web site’s design, together with your priorities and preferences as a property owner.

Site visit and design of draft web site: from £75 (depending on travelling distance.)

Your draft web site will be available to view on-line within a few days of my visit.

PROPERTY PROMOTION covers Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Herefordshire and Oxfordshire.

An attractive web site can be created quickly from the information discussed at the site visit.  You will be able to view and approve your web site design and content on-line before it is uploaded to a web host.

Your web site could include an on-line booking facility if you wish.

Web site hosting and management (first year): from £295.

Subsequent annual  management fee: £75 - £95
