Having made an appointment I will visit your property to take both interior and exterior photographs as appropriate, and to discuss your website’s design, together with your priorities and preferences as a property owner.  

Site visit and design of draft website: from £75 (depending on travelling distance.)

Your draft website will be available to view on-line within a few days of my visit.

Property Promotion covers Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Herefordshire and Oxfordshire.

An attractive website can be created quickly from the information discussed at the site visit.  You will be able to view and approve your website design and content on-line before it is uploaded to a web host.

Your website could include an on-line booking facility if you wish.

Website hosting and management (first year): from £215.

Subsequent annual  management fee: £70 - £80
